Menu Plan Monday - Double-Play
at
9:57 AM
Back to nor,al. Getting into the routine of things. Except for today, lol. I'm blogging woth a baby on my lap. For some reason Annaleah woke up at 8:30 this morning. When she usually sleeps though till at least 10am. Anywho, so I haven't gotten up to check out the fridge n what I have in stock, but I like to think I have a pretty awesome memory. So lets see how this works.....
Monday: Rosisserie Chicken n Steamed Broccoli with Grilled Cabage
Tuesday: Chicken Piccata with Angle Hair Pasta (repeat from last week, as requested from my 8 year old!)
Wednesday: Leftover Day
Thursday: Italian Chicken with Grilled Ratatouille
Friday: Enchiladas with Rice n Beans
If you'd like the recipes for some of these, I have them Pinned on Pinterest! Follow me HERE!
Okay, so just finished the plan and I think it's gonna work. I only have four things on my shopping list and I don;t think my hubby will notice that we're only having meat once this week! lol I think we can probably try out the paleo diet and he wouldn't even notice (note to self)! Excited for this week because I'm also going to be baking! We've (me and Eli, my 3 year old) have been getting dirty in the kitchen by baking! She's loving it. But me, not so much because she's always asking to eat what we make like four times a day! lol But I love the quality time! Why do you love to cook/bake?

Your baby only gets up at 10am! Wow, lucky mom.
ReplyDeleteGotta love chicken, it goes with everything!
Yeah, but I still gotta get up early and my 3 year old starts pulling on me around 5am!
DeleteChicken Piccata sounds really good. We've never made that ourselves. Do you have a recipe for it?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by today.
I love it. First tried it while dating my husband at a restaraunt, Luby's. I have a recipe on my Pinterest page. But basically it's pan seared chicken with butter and capers! http://pinterest.com/cinella_rgv/
DeleteEverything here sounds SO GOOD. Making me hungry. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recipe ideas! I'm following your Pinterest board now. :)
