Merry Christmas Eve! We're up here visiting our in-laws and it has been a great time so far, but guess what?! My girls, the two oldest have been ill the whole time. I think they got the flu, but when I took the oldest to the doc on Thursday she tested negative. And I totally didn't pack meds, but they did subscribe her some Ibuprofen. So they have been taking that. Poor things. I hope they are a bit better by tomorrow. So since we're out of town, we won't have a big menu, but I do cook while we're here. We have great family who lets us stay with them and they don't cook much, so I like to treat them to some of our favorite meals. Also, we will be headed back on Wedesday or Thursday to get together with my dad's side of the family to remember my dady's passing, 7 years ago now. MERRY CHRISTMAS and ENJOY!
